Exploit the potential of ‘furnology’
“Office furniture gives dealers high value
sales and great margins so Spicers is working
to encourage more dealers to tap into this lucrative
market sector. We believe that Spicers’
new Furnology training will increase dealers’
market knowledge and give them some valuable sales
techniques for furniture,” explains David
Orr, Spicers Director of Furniture.
The Furnology Tour is running throughout February
at locations around the UK from Glasgow to Brands
Hatch and is free to dealers. Training will include
workshops on building orders, ‘upselling’,
overcoming capital cost objections and ways into
the security market. Dealers will receive a free
‘goodie’ bag packed with gifts and
sales tools, including Spicers’ Interiors
catalogue 2008 on CD and the FurnoFlyers marketing
suite.
Spicers Furniture will also be launching an exciting
new space planning tool called FurnoCAD exclusively
to Furnology visitors.
