SPICERS Open Up in Spain

Spicers are now open for wholesaling business in Spain.
The first Spanish RDC is a 75,000 square foot facility sited in Vilafranca, near Barcelona.
The initial sales thrust will be into the north and east of the country, but Spicers will also be able to service Madrid on a next day service.
A site for a second RDC situated in the Madrid area has been secured and will commence trading in early 2003, and will give next day coverage for the whole of the country.
Spicers dealers in Spain will have the benefit of their own 370 page catalogue carrying 8000 skus.
